  People talk nice but don't do a good job. Over paid for the worse service I have ever had from a veterinarian office in over 30 years. Was told by 2 employees I would get a credit back to my card. They lied. Paid $622 for a blood test and it was not handled correctly. When the blood was taken from by less than 10 lb dog, they took him in the other room. Through 2 doors I heard him crying. When returned they said he would me tender on the left side, he got away from them with the needle in his neck and they had to take it from the other side. He is not a dog that cries or barks , he cried in my arms for a while. I just felt sick. When I called for blood results that could easily been done in 2 weeks if handled correctly, I was told well it's just a waiting game., by Donna. Nice talking people, but bad service and treatment. After many weeks of trying to work it out on the phone, my husband and myself, will in up in court, and pray no one else goes through this. Since this experience I have heard many other bad stories from other people who went to Kona Veterinary Service. Wish I would have heard their stories before I went there. It is a place that is in it for the money more than the animals for sure.
